At ConquerFit, all our products are made to order using a print-on-demand partner (Printify). This helps us reduce waste and ensure every piece is printed just for you.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

International Orders:

We do ship internationally. However, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 1–2 days for the tracking to update.

Shipping Limitations:

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some regions may be restricted depending on Printify's network.

Lost or Delayed Orders:

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days (U.S.) or 30 business days (international) after it shipped, contact us at [your email] and we’ll help resolve it.

Note on Custom Products:

All items are printed on demand, so your gear is made just for you. Because of this, shipping and processing may vary slightly depending on the product and location.

At ConquerFit, every item is made to order—printed just for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or accidental orders.

That said, we always want to make things right if there’s an issue. Here's how we handle returns:

🛠️ Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there’s a print error:

📏 Sizing Issues

Please check our size chart carefully before ordering. Since everything is made-to-order, we cannot accept size-based returns or exchanges unless there was a printing or labeling error

⏳ Refunds (If Approved)

If you're eligible for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
